Most of what people know about peptides, they learned in the worst possible order.
They meet a compound before they meet a receptor. They pick a protocol before they can convert a milligram. They buy before they can read a certificate of analysis. Everything downstream inherits that mistake.
This school exists because the information is not actually scarce. It is disordered. The pharmacology is in papers written for pharmacologists. The practical knowledge is in twelve-thousand-comment threads with no index. The confident-sounding summaries are usually written by someone with a discount code.
So we did the boring thing. We put it in order, wrote it down in plain language, numbered the lessons, and made the whole thing free. There is no tier above this one. What you can read is what there is.

What a peptide is, and what it is not
Amino acids, signalling, receptor agonism, half-life, and the arithmetic of dosing. The reconstitution lesson alone prevents the most common and most avoidable error in the entire field.

How to read an HPLC trace, what a mass-spec result does and does not prove, how third-party testing works, and the specific ways a certificate of analysis can be true and useless at the same time.
Baselines, bloodwork, and knowing when to stop
Establishing a baseline before anything changes, which markers are worth tracking, how tolerance and receptor desensitisation present, and the signals that mean you should be talking to a physician rather than a forum.
